I think I read somewhere that there was a recording issue on that song which means they probably don’t have a fix for it. Also I noticed all related PJ records have been pulled from their website so just be happy you got a 98% accurate record. That’s how I’m looking at it as I listen to mine right now.
Finally got a hold of them and they're issuing a refund. I caught the dude in his own words when he claimed they were "very aware" of the issue and still decided to sell them after the fact.

Yea, since these have been talked about a bunch lately, I did some research... yea this is a defect in whatever source they used or however they were plated, and it is well known issue.
Where is the Benaroya Hall Bootleg LP Revised/Current Owners’ List?

Yea, bootleg people, looking to make a quick illegal buck...they don't care what it sounds like..lol
I was surprised the poster above got a refund. In my head I was thinking its a bootleg, usually when you buy a bootleg, you're stuck with what you bought.
I'm still surprised I received a refund. I was only asking for an explanation and maybe a discount on a future purchase but the guy wouldn't budge until I caught him in his words as he started to deny he was even aware and than at what point he was aware of the defect...plus they sold the record pre black friday and than again on black friday so at some point he was made aware of the defect and sold the remaining few anyway. I just asked him for transparency on overview. Maybe mention the problems on the product listing next time so people know what issues they're about to buy into. Otherwise its shady asf.

My copy sounds terrific besides the end of All or None. During the solo it cuts out like someone just cut the volume for a second or two. Everything else sounds great.
I never have high expectations for bootlegs. I prefer to be pleasantly surprised

It basically shows a very average DR7 for the CD, so the recording actually makes it sound a lot better, but when you hit double digits DR from the vinyl release, that is what makes it seem like your in the room.
Just as a side question, what is the runout information on these bootlegs?
