    Awesome! Yes, that is what I was thinking too. George is a fan of PJ, MS, A&C, etc. He snuck in to play with his idol Chris. The episode is called: You like Grunge? This was the closing seen, and then the camera pans over to Kramer, Jerry, and Elaine in the 5th row. Jerry says, "George does have beautiful hands."
