They have made really bad regulatory decisions that end up harming consumers they are trying to protect, the least sophisticated ones.0

Thank you for your concern, but I will be perfectly fine financially. Are you implying that Americans will have to tap into their savings and investments in order to survive a Trump presidency? That would potentially be the most sensational thing I've read on the internet in quite some time.I'm not sure why you are describing my opinions as "drama" (meh, not that I care) other than that you seem to have a problem not understanding the concept of not making posts personal here. Read the posting guidelines. They are your friend. Are you implying that Americans will have to tap into their savings and investments in order to survive a Trump presidency? That would potentially be the most sensational thing I've read on the internet in quite some time. No, but I'll explain further. First of all, many Americans are underpaid and have a difficult time making ends meet. When the Clown President and his Ambassador of Chaos start skimming off those already low wages, many people will find life even more difficult than it already is.The other thing I am say (and this was much more clearly stated) is that almost all of us would do well to learn some good personal finance practices. This is a good idea at any time, but is especially true now at the dawning of the age of Autocracy ad Kakistocracy in America, a time in which the rich will become increasing more wealthy, and the poor even poorer. Some of us actually do not find that a preferable situation, just like some of us prefer democracy over fascism and dictatorships. As for Americans tapping into their saving and investments being "sensational", that really depends on who you are talking about. I can only speak about my own situation. My wife and I are retired and although we have always been in a lower tax bracket than the average American, we have been both reasonably frugal and have managed our finances well. And being retired and living on a fixed income and having been very responsible with our personal finance, we are hoping to be able to live out our lives to the end in a simple but comfortable manner. So it seems you are implying that it is "sensational" that billionaires may well make doing that rather difficult for us. I'm not impressed by that kind or thinking or attitude.

So let me ask you what is your line in the sand with this upcoming administration that would make you say “ wait a minute this is not what I thought it would be like” please tell us since you say you would be financially good! By that statement I’d say it’s only about you and you only

I said that many times between 2016-2020, and I'm sure will again over the next 4 years. And none of it will matter. Donald Trump didn't destroy America and he isn't going to this time. I'm sorry you are so scared, this is the fear mongering propaganda that has you all angry about Donald Trump. Watch your 401k continue to rise every year, watch your home equity grow every year, turn off the news, and be thankful you live in the greatest country on Earth every morning when you wake up. Merry Christmas.Post edited by battle1 on0 -

By that statement I’d say it’s only about you and you onlySo here you go what the fuck would cause you to fucking pause and say this is not what a president is supposed to do!Like let’s say if he started to get his DOJ to start jailing politicians that don’t agree with him or if he commanded cops or troops to trample protesters that were protesting something that he instituted! He wanted to sick the national guard on protesters remember that when he went in front of the church and held the Bible or were you not born yet? Is this clear enough for you?
So did you want me to answer, or ignore? You told me to ignore you, then asked me a series of questions. I will answer-
I said that many times between 2016-2020, and I'm sure will again over the next 4 years. Merry Christmas.

Thank you for your concern, but I will be perfectly fine financially. Are you implying that Americans will have to tap into their savings and investments in order to survive a Trump presidency? One of the men on death row who just had his death sentence commuted by Joe Biden is Kaboni Savage. Kaboni is a notorious drug dealer, organized crime leader, and a mass murderer who was convicted of ordering the firebombing of a house where a federal witness lived, killing six people (including four children). Why is Joe Biden commuting the death sentences of people who murdered innocent children?
