Two times in as many days, President Biden has publicly and correctly referred to the murderer of 22 year-old nursing student, Laken Reily, as an "illegal" and someone "technically, not supposed to be here". The killer, Jose Antonio Ibarra, entered the U.S. illegally in 2022 and has been arrested for multiple crimes since then. He is not an asylum seeker and he is not a migrant. He is an illegal alien. President Biden had the authority to have Jose Antonio Ibarra arrested, detained and deported. Biden cares more about politics than about American citizens.

It would also give me as President new emergency authority to temporarily shut down the border when the number of migrants at the border is overwhelming.  
  
The Border Patrol Union endorsed the bill. 
  
The Chamber of Commerce endorsed the bill. 
  
I believe that given the opportunity a majority of the House and Senate would endorse it as well. 
  
But unfortunately, politics have derailed it so far. 
  
I'm told my predecessor called Republicans in Congress and demanded they block the bill. He feels it would be a political win for me and a political loser for him.

Agree on all points.  I was surprised she badmouthed Putin.  That can't sit too well with GOP voters at the moment. 

Her speech is getting ripped from all corners.  Not ready for prime time. Inauthentic,  over the top,  breathless.

I'm almost positive one of the links posted earlier mentioned he was c charged. I didn't go back and read them, but did a google search if he was and this was the top post:
"The United States Capitol Police charged Steve Nikoui with a misdemeanor that carries a maximum fine of $500 and up to 90 days in prison."
