Poster Sleeve Help

Hi there,
I am seeking some advice on tips for getting a poster into the clear sleeves without damaging it. I got a really nice print this weekend and am having a heck of a time trying to get it in the Sleeve without damaging it.  The sleeves are hard to keep open and once I get the end of the print in it is basically stuck to the plastic.  When I try to push it in the top of the poster starts bending

I'm getting frustrated and dont want to store this poster rolled.

Any thoughts??

Find a way to flatten it out for a couple days before trying to put it in the sleeve. I usually do this so the print it mostly flat and that eases it going into the sleeve and lessen the likelihood of bending a corner
