    I don’t think I said I support the tariffs, just that business will absorb some costs. Was it not Goldman that estimated importers and exporters will absorb nearly 80?

    My comment was more from the judicial perspective. It’s going to be difficult for courts to legislate when and where trade emergencies exist, every time he claims one. Courts are slow to respond, he can issue an EO 24/7.
