They started shipping these over 6 months ago and many have still not received them. What the hell is going on? When asked for an update, Santos says to email the Ten Club. He works for the Ten Club. Why does he refuse to figure this out? I understand these aren't being shipped by the Ten Club but they do know who they hired to ship these out. Santos knows more than he is telling us and is only deflecting when asked for an update.
When these started shipping, I did not think the Ten Club could fuck this up anymore than they already had but I was wrong. The least they can do is address the situation since it has been 6 months since they've started to ship. I would assume they have a contract with whomever is shipping these out. I wonder if their fulfillment story is even true. Remember when they told us, " we have been manufacturing the Ten Club Singles in-house for the first time ever".
I hope the Ten Club is ashamed of this situation because they should be.
It feels like these are being manufactured really slowly, and sent out in batches.
I wonder if it's vinyl or the newsletters that's causing this. I would assume they'd press the records all at once because it would be way more efficient. Maybe there's an issue with getting the newsletters printed that's causing the delays?
Really. Drive to place where shipping from. Throw all records in a truck. Drive back to 10c. Mail them to us. Super super super lame at this point. I don't even care about them anymore. Just would ne nice to end this.
Feels like they are being manufactured in really small batches and shipped one an a time. It is pathetic, that we can't get a proper update even to say how they are where we are at with them.
