What is your favorite Rage Against the Machine album?

For some reason I cannot stop listening to self-titled and Battle of LA.  Do you have a favorite of theirs?

    The Battle of Los Angeles
The battle of L.A. came out when I was in high school so I have a greater connection to it. The debut is amazing though.

Know Your Enemy is my favourite Rage tune. No filler here... great album.
  • The Battle of Los Angeles
I kinda like them all the same. But I went with LA for no reason than its underappreciated.

The album is amazing.  Nothing else is in the same category, for me

Might pick can't decide though. First three albums were great. Renegades is a solid covers album though. If I was forced to pick one it probably would be Battle of LA. this is hard (that's what she said).

Not a big fan these days. They come across as kind of fake looking back on it but i still like some of the tunes.

Evil Empire is my answer, although i still think Testify is their best song.

    Evil Empire
Evil Empire came out right in the middle of high school. I remember hearing Bulls on Parade on a late night rock radio station show called Hard Drive and then later Down Rodeo. Made me love the album immediately. I don't think I'd heard much outside of Killing in the Name before that, but I bought Evil right away. Loved that album. Battle came out when I was a sophomore in college and was good, but I think I'd still place Evil in first. There are some amazing tracks on self titled, but Evil is the more consistent album. A few on self titled are a little repetitive and carry on too long.
    It's a hopeless situation...

Went with Battle of LA cause that's my favorite but the debut is sort of like Ten by PJ, in that it's perfect, every song is great, and they'll always be the songs the band is most known for, and rightfully so.

Nothing can touch their 1st album, but I really loved Evil Empire as well. After that, it all started sounding the same to me.

One thing I notice on Evil Empire is De La Rocha’s voice sounds more raw than the self-titled and battle of LA.
