I’m trying to redeem my code for the Nugs stream and I get an error message saying that my code has already been redeemed. Has anyone encountered (and hopefully solved) his issue?

    I'm surprised 10C hasn't sent out the codes again to everyone (or at least to the ones who haven't purchased the stream yet). I'm sure a second wave of emails with the code in it would generate more people purchasing the event.

    It wasn't. I looked. It's no big deal though. All I was saying, I was surprised they didn't just send out the emails again. It wouldn't take much effort and they would probably get more people to buy it being it's tonight. When did they originally send it out? About a month ago?

    The initial codes (which didn’t work for me) were in the 8/10 newsletter. I got my updated code in a separate email on 8/12.

    How long afterwards can I watch the show? 

    Video On Demand - VOD links are now available directly from your Stash for a limited time - posted ASAP after each show ends. You can watch the live webcast and once the show is over, everyone who has ordered the live webcast will have access to the on-demand video from your Stash for a limited time. Once you start the VOD you can access it for 48 hours. After that your link expires.
