Transferring Europe Tickets

Hello! I have an extra Vienna GA (not front of stage,) and an extra Krakow GA. Obviously asking face value, but curious if they can be transferred to another name. Hopeful for some insight from those with experience. Thanks!

    Are these 10C tickets?  

    I would be interested in the Krakow one.

    AFAIK, you cannot transfer 10C tickets as you need to pick them up yourself, but you can then once picked up sell/swap?
    Music is what feelings sound like.
