Looking for this song/band name

This might just be for UK people as i heard it on Radio 1 sessions many moons ago and its just been brought to my attention again and i looove it.... but only know about 30 seconds of it, lol.
They might not even be a signed band.... but ill give it a shot.

The lyrics i remember are, for the chorus and possibly first line of a bridge i think.

Chew my lip down to the bone,
Its gonna be alright,
Am i feeling so alone,
(Dont remember the lyrics here)
Could this be the end of time,
(Dont remember here either)
I just wanna be myself


Cause i have the know-how


Parts in brackets are lyrics but i never knew what the guy was singing there.

Like i said, might be a long shot but its worth a try, lol.

    lol anyone know? those lines sign familiar to me,lol,is it maybe a Nickelback song???
