Hey I guess I missed when this went up for sale. Did anyone happen to grab an extra or know of anyway of getting the Ian Williams NYC Apollo Poster? Would love to have gotten this.
I am still amazed this was one of the 1st to sell out
Given what we now know to be the context, the “As The World Burns” theme makes it (in my opinion) the coolest one to hang on your wall. For any of the others, a normal person who saw one of these in your house may very well wonder why you have a poster for a show that didn’t happen. For this one, the poster itself connects to the fact that the shows didn’t happen because the world (and more specifically New York City) was almost literally burning.
Unless everyone who’s likely to come into your house also has been brain poisoned by PJ merch, in which case I guess the coolest one is whatever one looks coolest to you.
Pearl Jam posters get a glance by some visitors to our home that venture into our basement.
I think anyone's friend, PJ fan or not, would look at someone incredulously if you were to tell them you paid hundreds/thousands of dollars for a rock concert poster. The coolest ones are certainly the ones that are coolest to you.

Yeah, I hang only 1 poster of a show I never went to but......it is signed by EV & Klausen so it actually gets the most looks
I still have a hockey Pennant for the 1995 ASG that never happened. I always thought it was sooo unique but now with Covid not so much

Yea as of right now I only have posters of the shows I went to hanging up. My prize possessions are the Billboard poster from PJ20 in Alpine signed by the artists and the three poster set from the Philly made in America, with those I have Jeff's arm band and Mike's guitar pics in the frame as well. This though would def go up just because how much I like the poster.
