Refund or drop them into Exchange??

We probably can’t make Budapest now.  
Wondering if I should just get a refund or drop them into the exchange for fans to have an option at 10C seats.

    If they are 1o club tickets, I am not sure you will be able to exchange them as you will need to be at the venue to pick them up on show day.
