Quick Escape question

At about the 2:15 mark in Quick Escape, there is a voice in the background that says something that sounds like “124, 120.”  My four year old son is obsessed with the song and that part specifically.  Does anyone know what is being said there and what it’s supposed to mean?

    Great track! I assumed it was a voice sample from a space exploration mission, perhaps one to Mars? Cannot confirm though.
