Hey PJ Family! I know many of you are probably bummed about the Europe 2020 tour being postponed until next year. I feel ya...I had tickets to the St. Louis show in April, but alas, I'be been denied my 50th PJ show for a second time!
Tonight was supposed to be the first show of the tour, kicking off in Germany, but for those of you who followed the band in 2018, I blogged about my experiences following PJ throughout Europe! I ran into so many amazing people in Europe, and I can't wait for another opportunity to rock out with you all again soon!
In the meantime, feel free to check out my Pearl Jam story and relive the magic of 2018 all over again!

Ah 2018 feels so long ago. But I have an interesting story
I flew from Australia to catch 7 shows in Europe. Rome, Milan, Prague, Krakow, Berlin, Barcelona, and the Mad Cool Festival in Madrid.
(Did the Prague-Krakow-Berlin legs on the PJ tour buses. I was on the Jeff bus )
Was having a great time until, after the Berlin gig, I had an accident and was hospitalised for 10 days.
This meant I would miss both shows in Spain, as well as GNR in Leipzig, which was 2 or 3 days after PJ Berlin.
Managed to fly straight home after I was released from hospital (also thank God for travel insurance!)
I don't regret a thing.
Also caught two Alice In Chains shows (Padova & Vienna (Vienna show was amazing!)), The Killers twice in Italy, QOTSA, Offspring and others. Got to spend a decent amount of time exploring Italy. Met some wonderful people.
So thankful I got to do this trip before the pandemic.
