So do you think Ed regrets calling out John Roberts now from the 2004 tour? He’s literally “saved” numerous Supreme Court decisions. 2 this week. Not trying to be political but he called him out and Roberts hasn’t done anything to show he deserved it except for being appointed by Bush. That’s a good Judge, votes for the people not the party.

“Saved” = Depending on your point of view

Has the numbers changed that much the last couple of years? Up to 2018 in close cases he sided with conservatives 82.4% of the time. That is not what I would call a swing vote or one that votes for people over party.

I’m just saying there were other judges who were known to only vote one direction, Anita Hill, etc.on the court. Roberts was just nominated at the time, and wasn’t even a justice until 2005 and although he leans one sided he tends to vote like a human when it comes to big decisions, that’s all. I just hear the song come on and I think about my LGBTQ 🏳️‍🌈 friends, and people that need affordable healthcare and his voting swayed those decisions. The rest of the song is spot on

He's adjusting to the new court dynamic, but by no means gets praise or a pass for his past decisions, which sucked. And let's face it, DACA isn't over.
