Kids that rock

No, not Kid Rock- KIDS that rock.  Show us what ya got.

Here's a favorite.  These kids kick it doing this Steve Wynn song, :Amphetamine":

“The fear of death follows from the fear of life. A man [or woman] who lives fully is prepared to die at any time.”
Variously credited to Mark Twain or Edward Abbey.

Apparently they broke up earlier this year actually. Although it looks like the lead singer is doing his own thing now

I saw the video of the prepubescent kids playing 46&2 and was disturbed by it actually.  I didn't think that young girl should be singing that song.

Nice!  Looks like fun, keep it up!  I hope the recital went well too!

I was hoping one of my nephews would pick up guitar and I even helped him buy his first guitar. He never really got into it and later asked me if I wanted to buy it from him.  I very much did, he very much appreciated the money, and he went on to have a great life and has told me a number of times that the money for that guitar gave him his start.  Jamming with him would have been fun, but seeing him be successful is super cool!
This is the guitar, an 80's Squire Strat with humbuckers.  Nothing fancy, but still one of my favorites, and a fond memory:

Awesome guitar! Nice that the money worked out for him!  I don’t play (wish I did, may have to start as I’m close to retirement!).

Our middle school has a guitar class, just like band or orchestra, so he took that and band! When the pandemic hit, he got so bored at home he started practicing the Fender Play online lessons at home. One good thing from the pandemic!

A guitar class- amazing!  What a great idea. As for playing- never too late, dad.  Maybe your son will give you lessons one day.

Maybe I’ll get some lessons and get a foundation first!

Unlocking the Truth. Like I said saw them open up for Qostsa like 10 years ago now? They broke up a few years ago however.

The lead singer, Malcolm Brickhouse, has his own thing going on as a solo artist now.

During pandemic I discovered 2 new bands that I swore I'd see as soon as I could.  Have seen this band of kids (drummer was 12 yrs old when I saw them) in 2022 twice.  And they just played Coachella, riot grrrrls that they are!

I present to you the Linda Lindas, whose first single I heard was "Sexist Racist Boy" about a real boy in their school at the time...

Shouldn't it be "Kids who rock"?  OP needs to learn some grammar.  Sheesh!
