European re scheduled dates 2021

I had tickets for the PJ Imola gig in Italy in July. The tour was cancelled and apparently all dates are being rescheduled.
I managed to get flight refunded but my hotel I had booked wont cancel and refund my booking.
Any news/updates would really be helpful.
