and same with Into the Wild...its still sought after.
I found a “Mint” copy of Into the Wild on Discogs.
Vinyl was pristine (which is important) but the back of the sleeve has a three inch tear on it. Seller argued and got a bad review.

I now have a VG+ Media (I’ve played it) and G Sleeve copy. The biggest problem is people
are now trying to sell played copies as “NM or
M-) when a played record is at best VG+.

It’s jacking up the prices on used records...VG+ is worth half of a M or NM copy (M- means nothing to me).

If another RE of Into the Wild happens I’m jumping all over it.

At the back or on the top of the gatefold?  A website wich I forget what it was called (Aurelexploits?)  was the only other place to get first press other than 10c.  They didn't ship them well, so most of them have a tear at the top of the gatefold (and the inner sleeve).   I think they might of had half the copies, so there's a lot of 'em (including mine) that have the tear :(

According to Discogs there are only 2 unofficial coloured vinyl releases out of Europe in 2014.
The only official release on vinyl is the OG

On the back of the gatefold. Right on the calligraphy writing of “Into”

Oh, that's different than the tear in the top many of us have :(  I guess they're both bad.  At least the records play fine.

For $42 you could get Lost Dogs, Riot Act and Vitalogy. That’s less than price of one Dark Matter vinyl

Early 00’s was a great time to be buying vinyl.

Kind of.  The problem I had in the early 00's was that it was hard to find the vinyl.  Not many places stocked new vinyl in the late 90's / early 00's. Even though there were limited pressings of stuff, just having a store that brought them in was tough.  That being said, I never had a problem finding PJ Vinyl.  Toughest was Lo2L, but my brother accidentally stumbled on a copy for me at a store that didn't usually care modern vinyl.

6 LP records vs just 1 LP. The times, are messed up!
