    That would be amazing, but how much have I really paid to the 10c over all those years?  I think it was $20usd/year when I started. Then upped to $30.   Then they split the digital/analog so i paid 50/yr until this year were i went to digital.    Maybe around $600usd over the years.   Those fees probably go to paying for ongoing 10c operations.   Not sure where they would get the money to buy me a gold watch or gold zippo :)
