It would be awesome if Pearl Jam would release some of the rehearsal content that Eddie referenced in a recent interview from the band getting ready for the tour. I think it is clear that this album has been very well-received by most fans and being that Pearl Jam is primarily loved for being a great live band, we want to hear what these songs actually sound like in the wild. In all honesty, it is going to be a long time before large groups can gather for shows, so a teaser of what could have been and what will eventually be would be really cool. Pick a charity, throw a reasonable price on it for charity, and release them!

  • @kramer73 ah that is just for the people who like old music they have already heard before and can flip on eBay. Gimme the new stuff.

It'd be interesting to see the process of arranging the songs for live performances.

Would be really cool to see some PJ shows during this down time.

That would be amazing.  PJ has blocked their sets from streaming at a number of festivals.   Surely they get access to those or give permission for the festivals to stream their sets.

  • This is a great idea. I think it was from the Bill Simmons podcast, Bill asked some question like when did you sound the best, and Ed remarked yesterday at rehearsal. Release the tapes!
looking to hear of the earth
  • I love this idea. I'd love the ability to see them rehearsing and/or some behind the scenes footage from the studio sessions to create Gigaton. It's probably a long shot, but it would be super cool!

Sell CD's of the rehearsals and give the proceeds to HealthCare Workers and First Responders.

I love this idea. It could be a long time before we hear any Gigaton songs live. Would be awesome to hear what they had in mind for them live!

They'd be pretty cool to see.  I feel like the talking heads released some soundcheck stuff once and it was really cool to see.

Don't get me wrong, I'd love to hear it...but the anticipation for the real thing is what's got me going!

definitely don’t want these. I want to hear these songs live, not on rehearsal tapes.

some video from recording would be very cool, though.
