Tenclub Gigaton CD-preorder ...40 page booklet?

Quick Gigaton CD verification question. I have had the Gigaton vinyl since Day 1.  Got the preorder vinyl version March 27th.  Finally got around to ordering the CD, mainly to have the 40 page booklet that it comes with.  I ordered from Amazon but it is really only like 32 pages.....am I missing something?  Was, or is, the Ten Club version of the CD 40 pages? if so, I will order that too, if it is......please advise, as I am confused and getting conflicting information out here.  Thanks PJ lovers!

    I opened the 10club CD. It's 32 pages, not 40.

    The pj ones that look like they have a glacier on them.. Only seen them on ebay.. Maybe moody..
