"Happy Birthday Iggy Pop photo from Brick By Brick launch party early 90s , played with Slash n Duff and first time I heard the words Pearl Jam from members of the band Mother Love Bone that had lost their singer Andrew Wood . Stone Goddard and Jeff Ament we’re at the party . I knew Jeff from MLB and he said “we have a new band “ and I replied “what’s the name?” He said Pearl Jam , I replied “cool?” I then asked “who’s the singer ?” “Eddie Vedder from San Diego “ replied Jeff . Later upon meeting Eddie at a concert with The Cult . Eddie so humbling said “I got you a pizza once “ confused I said “Where?” Eddie then said “ I was a runner for Guns n Roses at the San Diego sports arena . He then said “you were cool to me, you said “ hey man could we get some pizza but just hold the anchovies !” Moral to the story. Be kind and thoughtful to everyone no matter what line of work . We’re all here to strive and illuminate our dreams."
