It's definitely a cover, there's a difference between the 2 although it's hard to explain.

It's definitely a cover, there's a difference between the 2 although it's hard to explain. 

I sort of see Hunger Strike as more of a collaboration during the time PJ existed. Also, having EV sing in the original makes it seem much less of a cover.

We‘ve got to find a base to pick our favorites though. So taking the x most frequently played ones makes sense. Otherwise everyone could add their favorite, even if it’s been played just once and we‘d have a hundred songs

I agree but to leave Master of War off of the list for Last Kiss would be a crime for example. One has a small chance at winning and the other is just there as a placeholder to downvote until we get to the songs people enjoy. 

I am good with whatever we do and no perfect way to do it. Just saying most is not best and there will be a lot of good ones left off and some mediocre ones put on.
