This annoys me. I hear so many pronounce her name differently, including Biden himself. But only repubs are called out and labeled racist for it. Kinda dumb.

So are we getting a new president today?
    Not until January 20
Your president is golfing in Vermont.
Ok? I would too if I just got fired, but was told to stick around for 2 months.
So, what was his reason for golfing all the time the 4 years before he got fired?

    😐

Yea and GWB said the same thing in 2004 after stealing Ohio. Big whoop. BOO!
Not quite sure your condescending Boo is necessary to answer every post.  I’m fine Biden as President.  If he won, he won. And certainly looks like he has.  All good. So, while I understand what you’re tryIng to say, well, never mind.

but, yes. Every Administration says it. Doesn’t make this any less silly other than, you know, Mitch McConnell.

(See? I don’t have to end with a silly, condescending rejoinder.  I can scare you with real life facts).
Except I’m not afraid. “Every Administration says it.” Thanks for pointing out the glaringly obvious. But please, admit, you’re afraid. Very, very afraid. Guess I should have added a Hoo. BOO HOO. “If.” You totally seem like you’ve moved on to the acceptance stage.
Afraid of what?  I’ve done just fine regardless of administration.   If I were being selfish, I’d love Joe Biden.   He’s going to help my industry and company tremendously.    I think he was the wrong candidate because he’s  a lifelong politician and was forced to bow to some ideals he doesn’t even believe in (which is what politicians do).  And I’d hoped we had turned the corner on agreeing that’s not what we want.    But, I don’t care.  I was more than fine when Obama each had Congress for 2 years.  I don’t agree with ACA because I’d doesn’t do what his stated motive was - bend the cost curve.    That doesn’t mean I’m an ogre who doesn’t believe in covering pre-ex.  But our problem is once someone says one thing it’s marginalized and dismissed on its face.

That being said, the cherry on top is Biden won’t have the senate. So, I’m not quite sure which side needs to reach the acceptance stage.

    I have zero fear.

As for my acceptance I’ve been saying Biden’s won since Election Day ( and fully expected it before).   What I actually didn’t expect was GOP to maintain senate in all likelihood. So, I thought it was going to be worse. Yeah, I’ve had some fun with you guys along the way. It’s kind of easy.  But I haven’t wavered from that for a moment. I’d like you to dig through my messages to see where I said I thought Trump won or this was the end of the country.

So, I’m not crying.  I do enjoy the people who still don’t realize what the results of this election really mean, but so be it.  The country will be fine.   I certainly won’t spend 4 minutes let alone 4 years Hillarying (defined as - whining about losing thinking I’m still relevant).
Sorry. The world doesn't work the way you tell it to.

    Really?

The difference is that the repubs do it on purpose.

All over but the crying. Like Hugh said a few pages back, the next couple months could be hell. Hopefully it's just frivolous lawsuits and bluster.

On a side note, here's a great article on how/why Decision Desk HQ was confidently able to make the call so much sooner than other outlets.
