    Biden
Crazy to think he'll be taking the oath at 78 years old. I remember thinking Bush Sr. was ancient when he was president when I was a kid, but he was ten years younger than Biden is.

If he chooses not to run for re-election (pretty possible), I hope they have a primary and don't just decree that Harris is the 2024 nominee. I'd like Yang to have another shot at it. Not sure how it would work since no modern president has chosen not to run for a second term.
Ooh.. I guess you haven't seen. The left has already started attacking Yang.    I actually wouldn't be surprised if he tried to Primary as a Republican*.  Lol  How would you like him then?

(*YEs I would. Just being funny, but first part true)
I’m not a democrat so I don’t care if democrats attack him or if he tried to run as a republican or independent. I just like him.
Yeah, I'd vote for Yang as a Republican, but.....lol..hahahaha he's not doing that.
I know he's not. My point is I don't really care about the political parties. So when dude above says hypothetically, "How would you like him then?" if he was a republican, I wouldn't care. He probably assumes that since I like Yang, I must like democrats in general, and would give a fuck if the left has started attacking him.

betting odds are -3333 for Biden (technically about off the board), and +1850 Trump.

Why do you count odds like that, and not 1.5, 2.75 etc like I always see them
I dont know.  Maybe an American thing?

A euro sportsbook I see has

    1.03 Biden
    27 Trump

The winning margin is going to be 75k to 100k so not likely.

Sounds like Stacey Abrahams is the MVP of getting out the vote.   What a great story!

absolutely....I am ashamed to admit that I wasn't sure why people kept thanking her as the GA vote started to come in.

She had the governorship stolen from her and ended up kicking their ass.
I too had no clue who she was.

Where are the Democrats in saying "You know what, we don't believe in Covid restrictions, come on up close and stand 6 inches from the person counting the votes...."

We shouldn't care about parties. I used to not. But now I went straight blue without even reading the names* because at every level, we need to defend against the most powerful and driven party in the history of politics-as-sport. They want a one-party system and having enough Democrats win is the only way to stop it. I hope I don't always have to think this way.  I'll probably always vote Dem for president, but I'd like to be able to be flexible elsewhere. (For example, I once voted third for Governor; I would not do that today).

This sounds like what you say when political opponents are starting to be jailed and the military is taking over the cities...

Basically the only voter reg advantage the R's got was due to being fucking idiots and registering other fucking idiots. Because they were the only ones going out during a global pandemic to do whatever they can to procure voters. It's like going to a football game right now. You know the kind of knuckdraggers that are showing up. Fish where the fishes are. **in regards to when the R's were outnumbering during voter reg**

I think Yang would be a great candidate that would please centrists and the left of the party.  It would be stupid for “they” to dismiss him

Never forget that Dan Savage gave "santorum" the new definition of: "the frothy mixture of lube and fecal matter that is sometimes the byproduct of anal sex."
