Love the image.  Would be cool to have a print.  $3,500?  Can I counter-offer?  Maybe $75?

    Ice Waterfall

    Svalbard, Norway, 2014.

    31 x 46.5 in / 78.7 x 118.1 cm / Edition of 15
    40 × 60 in / 101.6 x 152.4 cm / Edition of 30
    60 × 90 in / 152.4 × 228.6 cm / Edition of 7

The Nordaustlandet ice cap gushes high volumes of meltwater. Even though this was taken just 600 miles from the North Pole the temperature was in the high 60’s. The Arctic could be completely devoid of sea ice during the summer months in the next 10 to 20 years. This striking scene is a reminder of the fragility of this icy ecosystem.

I don't get what people see in that picture. It look very processed and photshopped.  Overly sharpened.

But haven't seen it in real life, haven't gotten my copy yet.

Paul Nicklen posted on FB that you will receive a band signed Gigaton vinyl if you buy the 40x60 or 60x90 photo from his website.  Not sure what the prices are, but I assume a lot.

    They’re $3500.00
  • Think that price is for the 60 x 90 edition. Wonder if the smaller one is less, as it still comes with a signed vinyl?

I am sure it was pretty damn chilly out there when he took the pic.
Paul scored with PJ, so congrats to him.

Would not pay a lot of money for a depressing photograph.

bargain, but then I saw that you can pay $60,000 for a VIP experience with Ed next year so people clearly have this kind of disposable cash

He said it was in the high 60's...

Starving artists continue to starve if they get greedy?  $16,500 for a picture?
