Anyone else in New Jersey still waiting for the cd to be delivered? Not complaining....loving the digital copy of Gigaton I picked up from iTunes...just thought I'd have the hard copy by now.

Still waiting in suburban NY too (near White Plains). Glad to have the digital version too. Will enjoy the CD whenever it arrives.
