Side A and ending with River Cross would have been a perfect EP.

I’m going to spend more time with sides B and C, but so far it’s definitely A.  I want to like C, but a couple of tracks seem to drag on a bit to me.

A bit early for me to say, but two listens in and I think that Side C is the one that I'll play the most. Although part of this that it is the most family friendly. Although my 4-year-old's new favorite PJ song is "stand back when the spirit comes". So...

Ain’t that the truth. I celebrate their whole catalog. For my money, it doesn’t get better than when he sings Do The Evolution.

Side C is perfect. No weak points. I would say SBWM takes down side A slightly and Side B has Never Destination and Take the Lobg Way so that’s out

I’m really trying to get my head around Comes and Goes.  Lyrically a lot going on, but musically it seems to drag on.  What should I appreciate about this track?

I’m a BRMC fan so I hear that in it. I hear echoes of Cornell, not just lyrically but as a companion to Seasons. Is it breaking any new barriers musically, but in context of the above, it’s incredible

    From a purely analytical standpoint it’s C, 4/4. A and B are 3/4.
Then again I think Alright and Take the long way are two of my absolute favorites, 7oc closely behind. So my heart may say B ;)

I’ve had it stuck in my head all morning.  I listened to Side C alone twice yesterday.  I’ll keep giving B and C more time.

I like Retrograde a lot.  Buckle Up is a bit “Parachutes” in some way, but I really enjoy Parachutes.  Maybe this will grow on me over time.

Buckle Up is better than the credit people are giving it.
I think it will grow on most people, but probably not the metal heads.

Oh man, take the long way & alright?? What kind of acid are they passing around in Germany these days?  Hopefully the kind that gives you two dicks and a scorpion master to play hopscotch with!

Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, great band  :)

Hard to choose a side here, I like DOTC - 7 o'clock as a stretch best, but it's all good to me!

Side B... for now.  But it is extremely hard to choose!  Side A rocks, side C is just beautiful. Side B gives me a good mix of both and it (so far) has 2 of my top songs on the record (Alright, TTLW).

It's almost a coin flip here. I've heard side A more obviously, so I've been trying to concentrate on B and C more, but I guarantee it will change.

Side C is one continuous mood.  Single songs stand out on the other two sides, but C is one solid Saturday morning listen.    Reminds me of Beck Morning Phase.  The songs don't sound similar, they sound like they belong together.
