    Hey, when I ordered my 2 CD copies on January 13 I got a message that something went wrong. I recently moved earlier last year  and didn’t update my address in my ten club profile so my credit info was my current address. I didn’t cancel my order I just went to the profile and changed it to my current address thus aligning by credit info and ten club address. I guess my long winded question is should this be an issue or are the people in my old apartment getting a nice surprise? Thank you for all your hard work, everyone there during this difficult time.

    I don't think mine's coming this week (zip code is 03110, so should have been in the first wave; mail came today already - nada). I ordered the CD/7" bundle during that period where it was in/out of stock. I received confirmation, and they charged my account. The email confirmation has an order number, but when I go into my order history on the website, the order number is "exception". I don't think that's a good sign. :frowning:
    Guess I'll just hope it's on Spotify or iTunes on Friday.

    Were you charged for it?  I ordered the vinyl/7" bundle and was charged the day I ordered it.  I think that may have been January 13th.

    UPS truck just stopped in front of my house and I got REAL excited. Went to my neighbor’s porch instead though.

    Yup. Just checked my statements, charged same day, never refunded. Something similar happened to a bootleg order back in 2016. Order went through, bank account was charged, I never got a download link. Contacted Support, and they basically had to resubmit my order. So, yeah, looks like no CD for me!
