If anyone needs to cancel their Amtrak reservations for the tour, call 800-USA-RAIL instead of using the website or app. They are giving full refunds, including fees, for any reservation before April 30.

    Yup. Got mine - a full refund. The guy told me that normally there would be a cancellation fee, but they are waiving it.
