Because some people are travelling from all over and wont be able to book more time off work and afford new flights/hotels. Already called and going to cost me over $300 / person to make changes flights.

Most airlines are waiving the change fee and giving you until the end of the year to rebook.

    I'd look into it again.

Anyone know if we can wait to see the rescheduled dates before requesting a refund? I have an email in to TM about this, but I don't feel confident I'll get a reply or a reply that addresses the specific question.

As others have mentioned, time off work, travel arrangements, etc. I have Quebec City tickets, which is a six-hour drive. There is a big difference between a weeknight show and a weekend show when it comes to getting time off from work, and there's always a chance it will be scheduled for a date I can't attend.

I used the 'Live Chat' option and they took care of it right away

    Got it!!!

Sorry I’m not traveling far so that didn’t cross my mind. Hope people are getting refunds!

FYI... I just chatted with TM support. They said we can wait for the new dates to be announced before asking for a refund. I'm very happy about this, but hopefully I can make the show. I'll really be disappointed if the date doesn't work for my schedule.

No refund options available for me anywhere, they aren't accepting emails and their live chat also disabled. Hopefully can still get a refund when this coronavirus thing settles down. Tried calling as well, on hold for 2 hours and call just cut off.

FYI for anyone trying to get a refund for a US Spring show - I used the Live Chat on ticketmaster.  The wait to talk to someone was around 20 minutes.  The chat rep processed my refund.  Disappointing, but had to be done given this uncertain economic climate ahead. Now if only Southwest Airlines would step up and provide full refunds for air travel instead of a 1 year account credit.  Disappointing a company like Southwest is making such a selfish decision during this scary time for most citizens of this planet.

I have confirmed with Ticketmaster as been on the live chat, refund is dependant on the venue allowing it at this stage and I had to do a new live chat for each order. Oakland, no problem for refund however at this stage the Forum in LA hasnt allowed refunds just yet

I did the live chat today and was told they weren't offering refunds.  Same for my FF's show.  Don't see any refund option anywhere

Pearl Jam really needs to work with Ticketmaster here and get money refunded to those who want it. People need money right now. I live in CT and bought tickets to the Nashville show because I was going to be down there for business that week. No way I can attend the rescheduled date, whenever that may be.
