From posters to photos, guitar picks to Eddie Vedder's actual guitar, Pearl Jam super fan Shon Abrahamson has a collection of band memorabilia that can only be described as mind-blowingly epic.
When he turns it into a museum you know you all will be in line.

I’ve always wondered who the kind of people were that are bidding on the pricey fundraiser items are, now I think I know. I’m not even jealous, just impressed.
Very cool. Batman is the reason ive never tried to be a completist with PJ lol. There’s always people in this fanbase that just seem to have cooler, rarer stuff than you. His collection is just nuts. I think he has Layne Staley’s motorcycle too. He was very honest with his band relationships
Also, I’d imagine you would need a good insurance policy to cover theft or damage of a collection like this. I would have like to have seen more individual items and posters. I saw 98 Missoula poster and variant, and some of the typical show stoppers like the chief, but no real time showing them.
There’s a reason the band isn’t visiting, this kind of fandom is slightly frightening. I can’t imagine what kind of dough it would take to have a dedicated space like this. I appreciate this guy’s fandom, but I’m with Jeff. It’s borderline creepy.

There's a fine line between kinda cool and kinda creepy...

Like, if this guy was poor and this was all in a dark basement would we be more worried? I’m not trying to dog on the guy, but it’s just kinda mind boggling. All this to say, if I were single and loaded, I might have some spaces that looked like this guy’s.
I think it's unfair to call him creepy. The guy is basically curating a museum. If you have the time and resources, why not? He seems to be enjoying himself.
I think it's amazing somebody is collecting all this memorabilia in one place. It must have taken real dedication and serious money. It looks like he has all the variants as well as regular versions of all posters.

now that he’s started he can’t possibly stop collecting. I’d find it stressful trying to collect that.
