For me, the whole song is just building to that one moment, and all the tension just comes flooding out in that one scream.
I put Jeremy on the university jukebox a while back, and I said to a friend "This is the best part of the song, right here..." as it approached those screams. She just looked at me, and said "It's just screaming."
And she just didn't get it.

There are not any video (until now) from the Buenos Aires I show, what you saw was in the second night, although this version is really emotional too

I feel the same way about the moaning in Black, after he says "Why can't it be mine?" Of course, the whole song is amazing, but those moans really get to me.
My friend doesn't get it either. He doesn't understand music.
I completly agree, the whole song just builds to those screams!
Another good place to blast it out is driving down an empty motorway (highway) in the middle of the night and singing your lungs out!
