I’m not sure if this is the place for it, but I’m going to post anyway. As many of you old timers may know, I grew up in a very sheltered Christian household and attended Baptist school from K-12 and ended up going off to a Christian college.
Anyway, one of my classmates who I was in school with for 13 years was a special needs student named Lisa. Lisa’s family home burned down last night and, unfortunately, she did not make it out alive. Her parents are in a bad situation and could use some monetary support. I am posting their GoFundMe which is set up through their local church. Even though I’m no longer a church going man, I believe this is a good thing they are doing for the family and I encourage those of you who can spare a few dollars to donate. Here is the link.
