Oh boy, having a big issue, has anyone had this before? I arranged to F2F a ticket to a friend. I listed it, they purchased it. The order was confirmed, and the tickets (sort of) appear in my friend's account. The ticket disappeared from the Ticketmaster map. However, there are a couple things going on that make me think some weird glitch happened:
(1) The ticket is still showing as listed in my account, and even has a button to "Remove Listing" (2) I have not received a "Your ticket listing just sold" email, and it's been over 15 minutes (3) My friend, when they open up their Ticketmaster account on their computer, and go to My Events / My Tickets it shows "Order In Progress" in yellow text over the picture of the band in the row for the order (4) My friend, when they click into the order on their computer, it does not let them Sell (it's grayed out) (5) My friend, when they go to the order in the TM App, the Section, Row, Seat are all blank, they can not view the rotating barcode or add to Apple Wallet, and Sell is grayed out
Has anyone had this issue? If so, did it resolve on its own, and how long did it take? Or did you have to get TM involved to resolve the issue? The show is tomorrow so i'm freaking out a little bit. As of now, the ticket appears to be stuck in the ether somewhere...
Yes I had that on a purchase yesterday. It showed "Order in Progress" and the other things like dashes for the section and row. I didn't get the order confirmation email either right away even though the confirmation screen had shown up on the app. It resolved itself within an hour or so.
Ahh, so I can't attend the LA show tonight. I'm actually stuck in Chicago. It's so hard to write this as I've been looking forward to this show for so long! I've got a pair of coveted GA tickets for tonight's show in LA, and it would be so great if they went to someone pretty awesome, a PJ fan who would appreciate being right in front of the stage. Hey everybody - when the LA dates were rescheduled I asked for a refund for both shows because the dates didn't work but realized only a couple of days ago that I got refunded for one set, May 7, and not May 6. I emailed Ticketstoday and just got an email back from them 10 minutes ago confirming my refund, which I guess means that the tickets are going back up for sale. Two seats in the 10C area should be released now or soon if anyone is interested.
