Fan to Fan sale issues

Was told by Ticketmaster today that the Fan To Fan Exchange was down due to a glitch where new buyers were being charged fees.  They said it had to be fixed but no ETA.  Anyone else have issues?

    I was trying to sell my LA2 yesterday but TM kept saying there were issues.

    I figure just keep trying; it shouldn't take them THAT long to figure it out (I hope).
