Need two tickets to the Baltimore Show for down and out friend.

Trying to take my friend to his first show. He recently had his fiancee back out of their engagement and he has been having a rough time of it because of it. He has family in that area. I got rejected for 10C tickets for the show and we didn't have luck with the public sale. I was willing to pay the ridiculous scalpers on stubhub or where ever but none for sale there. I can't seem to find the fan to fan exchange that was supposed to go up today, due to the lack of follow up info for it. If any one can help or direct me to the fan exchange for today, I would greatly appreciate it.
