yeh i can see whats happening in the song just wondering the reason for it.
  • yeah it's kind of weird in a creepy way. but for some reason I like it.

    Pappas ya smartie;)
he who forgets will be destined to remember
  • the last line of the song is : "do you would actually believe you could, kill yourself? -yes i believe...
    (or something like that)

this relates to the death of kurt cobain, just like many other songs on the record;i think of last exit, spin the black, not for you, immortality.
    i hurt myself today,
to see if i still feel,
    i focus all the pain,
    the only thing that´s real...

I heard immortality wasn't about kurt cobain.

and if those other ones were, there were only vague references to it then.

    STBC is about vinyl.
But Stupid Mop is one hell of a song. Although Immortality would've been an awesome closer, the end was the only place this song fit.

yeah, the end is where stupid mop belongs. the only part of the song I'm overly fond of is the end where he's like "do you think you would kill yourself?" "yes I think I would"

awesome way to end a very dark album.

immortality would have been a better closer so if they were gonna take stupid mop away from the end they could've just eliminated it altogether.
