:) Can you feel this world with your heart and not your brain? :)

I was so glad when I first heard this song, and I still can't get enough of it. The lyrics are brilliant!!!

I love the drums and percussion on it (at points as bare as can be) - feels so right in the context of the lyrics.

    I am IN LOOOOOOVE with this song. How much does it pump you the hell up?!?! UH! LOVE IT! That chorus drives me nuts!!!! Ahhh!!

    ALL of the words in this one are incredible but yeah....this line really, really gets me.....so damn powerful.....

    This song rocks SO damn hard!! I was praying to the PJ gods I would get it during the Riot Act tour and long behold,...my first show of the tour, and their first show to kick of the tour...they busted this shit out FULL FORCE! OMG....and I thought it owned on the album?!?! Knocked me the hell out. WOW! :eek: SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO amazing llive!!!!

    I'm getting the line "Can you feel this world with you heart and not your brain" tattooed on my side, in the form of a question mark. I"m going to try and get it done a few weeks after the concert.

    This is a great song. Powerful lyrics and just a great all around rock song. During the RA tour, they played it at the show I went to, and Eddie put his own, hilarious spin on the song. In it, towards the end, he sang "Its deceiving, a band called Creed" and then proceeded to flub the lyrics and just sing "La la la la" until the chorus. Finally, at the end instead of spelling greed, he spelled Creed. When I heard that, I laughed my ass off and I think I was the only one who got what he was singing about. Its even better because I hate Creed with a passion and I felt like it was my own "joke" between me and the band.

    I like the song a lot - musically - but in terms of message and meaning it's talking out of both sides of their face. Art is all about interpretation and perspective.

    Why play the Borgata then and allow fan's to fall victim to scammers with $300 tickets on e-bay? The "better way" was to play a normal venue with the same amount of seats and charge the same exact ticket price and let the 10c control all tickets...that way the tickets do not fall into the hands of scalpers, and comps aren't being offered to highrollers who could give a fuck about the band and their music.

    Pearl Jam are playing different venues on their tour. For a band that has supported countless causes since they began and, one of the few, that actually tried to take on Ticketmaster, I find the whole Borgata gripe more than misleading.

    Green Disease is an excellent piece of music and I for one will continue to enjoy it :D

    So you can give them a pass for these two shows, right? Because of all the things they have done in the past they are allowed to do something "for money" in this case, right? That is what I am interpreting from what you wrote...

    Would it be ok if Pearl Jam decided to play a Replican sponsored event to promote Pro Life, but just for two nights?

    It's not the same thing - your argument is off tangent.
    They are playing a gig at a venue which is a casino.

    more important things happening right now...like why they put out press releases to buy the bootleg show downloads for $9.99 and then tack on a 75 cent charge for processing that no one knows about...

    horse shit...

    get 500 people to download all 19 shows that's an extra $14.25 per person or $7125 in pearl jams pockets...for processing...
