    Customer service sucks everywhere. Sorry to hear that, especially after waiting so long for the tickets.
    What's the issue, spinning wheel when you click on the email link?

    Thanks. Actually I believe my tickets went into another account that isn’t mine. They told me to “just open my Ticketmaster account and check” lol. I’ve checked a million times. No tickets are there.

    Yeah, they won't be there until you "claim" them.  Have you tried tweeting at @TMFanSupport?  They usually care more about bad publicity and respond.

    So you got the email to say you scored a couple of weeks ago. They charged your card $255 confirming this. Then did they send you an email with the tickets to claim on Friday or not? If they did not send the email how would you have access to tickets and why are they asking you to check your TM account if no email was sent. Very frustrating indeed and I hope you get it to work out

    would you believe my issue is resolved right after posting this? 

    Thanks for the advice everyone. Deleting this because I’m assuming this horrible experience isn’t the norm. 

    And yes it was an issue on their end, not mine.
