No ticket email
My husband had cc charged and tickets confirmed. We have not received the ticket email though. It is not in spam either. I called tenclubticket support number which goes to ticketstoday the company fulfilling the order for ticketmaster. They were pretty useless. They said they didnt know what to do but would try and escalate it. Apparently comcast emails are not allowing it in. He cant send it to another email. Is there another phone number we can call? Ticketmaster wont help because it ticketstoday fulfilling.
