View Ticket Email From Ticketmaster

Got email today, says clicl here,view ticket.  Been saying "Hold tight, we're grabbing your tickets now for over 1/2 hour."
What up?
No "jokes" please.  Just need help.

    Just go to your ticketmaster account they will be in there

    I just kept getting a server error message.  Have an email out to TM about it because I can't see tickets when I log in or when I click the 2 emails I received.

    Even stranger... when my wife opened the email and clicked the button to claim the tickets it automatically went to the Ticketmaster site and assigned them to my account because I was signed in.  Not a big deal because we are going together... but this seems like a major loophole that could be exploited by scalpers.  All they have to do is forward you the email to some who bought the tickets and have you click on the link to claim them and assign them right your own account.

    Had same issue . Was getting server error on my phone. Came home and tried it on computer and got right in. Give that a shot

    Dude I’m having this same problem and the tix are not in my account

    Happened to me on LA2.  Gave it time and came back 15 minutes later.  Worked.

    TM site won't let me log in on desktop, but tried phone and it seems to work..

    My TM account says the LA show on the 15th is my next upcoming event, nothing about the 16th and it won't let me open the ticket, it says I can then immediately goes to their app plugging a bunch of shows in my area.  But I'll figure this out too.

    Let me know who figures out why scan of eticket will not complete.  This is so
    unneccessarily time consuming. My scan will not complete. IT'S MY BLOOOOOOOOOOD

    Ok, maybe this was somewhere in CF of how to get a ticket;asked TM help chat:
    "for pearl jam they participate in moving bar code to prevent ticket fraud, barcode changes several times per hour"
    I asked him if it just forever looks like it is scanning, and he said yes.
