Connection between Daughter and Rearviewmirror?

has anyone else noticed the lyrical connection between these two songs? Daughter has "the shades go down...." and rearviewmirror has "finally the shades are raised."
is this purely coincidental?

Five Against One was a book about the band. Not a brilliant according to quite a few people, although I've never personally read it.

there is a short summary. definately pick it up. lots of early stories but it tends to delve way to deep into eddies life in the middle. but still cool.
REMEMBER THIS!
fuck the ockus!
mcready was a drunk bastard all the time and couldnt pronounce daves last name so he called him ockus.
the drumsticks you hear crashing at the end of reaviewmirror (?) are dave throwing them at the wall beacause obrien was pushing him so hard in the studio. after he chucked the drumsticks he literally punched a hole in the snare and went outside with it and kicked it off a cliff!!!
there are good little tidbits like that throughout!
enjoy. check amazon or half.com for a cheap book. or get your local chapters to order it.
A porch comes to mind. Like in Porch, of course , but also in Yellow Ledbetter and Breath

I started that thread a while ago. Put Why Go in the middle and it makes another trilogy in my opinion. Read through it and see if it makes sense.
I agree. But for even more fun put Leash as the fourth song. At the beginning you can hear the similar guitar that ends Daughter out, plus in Leash the person in Daughter, Why Go, and RVM finally decides to do something about their situation.
Oooooooo a quadrilogy
