I can't believe this is happening...ISO Nashville tickets

I love this band.  I entered the 10C draw and did not win the only show I put in for, Nashville.  I've won every 10C ticket I've ever requested until now (and I'm very grateful for those experiences).  They finally come to Nashville, my home town, after me having DREAMED, WISHED and WAITED for so long to see them from the pit at Bridgestone and I still do not have tickets.  I've gone through every avenue possible as of right now to buy tickets and have none.  WHAT HAPPENED?????  I am going to hope that the fan exchange will save me.
