Pinkpop 1992, Ed jumping in the audience from a camera hovering above the crowd.....I've never felt so much energy at a concert apart from Nirvana at Reading 91....

At MSG in 2000 PJ were doing two shows. I had tix for both nights. We thought we'd get a bite to eat before the show at this great Korean restaurant on 32nd street. I have a rather severe seafood allergy but I had a note written in Korean stating that, so I handed it to the waitress when I ordered, but I guess that didn't matter. I ate my soup, it didn't taste fishy. We walked to the show and I handed my friend her ticket. She says "are they playing here tommorow night too because my ticket says the 9th". It's the 8th. I said "Dont panic just follow me" So we sweet talk this old dude ticket taker, get in, sneak to the lower lever and are ready to party hard when all of a sudden I feel queasy. The next thing I know I'm in the ER part of MGS, underground with an epi - pen wound in my leg. I went into anaphyllactic shock and passed out and pissed myself. (Nice, right) I puke all over the poor EMS guy when I come to. They want to send me to the hospital but I refuse. I sign a waver, wash my clothes in the sink, and get escorted up to the nosebleeds cause I cant produce valid tickets. Sneak back down to the floor and rock out to one of the best shows I've ever seen. I felt a little like Mia Wallace after the adrenaline shot to the heart, but none the less, I perservered. Definately memorable.
