To those who got Verified Fan tickets...

Any tips on how you got through the horrible system:  How to get into queue faster, how to avoid the insane 'somebody else got those tickets before you', etc??
I wish I was a sacrifice, but somehow still lived on....

I still can't figure out how to turn off that damn map. Amazing that TM still thinks that map is appropriate for day 1 sales for acts they know will have massive demand for tickets.
    Barrie, Ontario (August 05, 1992); Toronto, Ontario (August 18, 1993); Toronto, Ontario (October 05, 2000); Buffalo, New York (May 02, 2003); Toronto, Ontario (May 09, 2006); Toronto, Ontario (May 10, 2006); Toronto, Ontario (August 21, 2009); Buffalo, New York (May 10, 2010); Toronto, Ontario (September 11, 2011); Toronto, Ontario (September 12, 2011); Toronto 1 (May 10, 2016); Toronto 2 (May 12, 2016); Ottawa (September 3, 2022); Hamilton (September 6, 2022); Toronto (September 8, 2022)
  • My advice:
    - If you think it's frozen, it probably isn't. Unless it is.
    - Trying for front rows or aisles is a recipe for failure. Pick the worst fucking seat imaginable and you'll get in the building.
    - If you see an error after you select a seat and then the error goes away and it tries to verify your seats, fuck that, it really was an error and will spin and spin. Click anywhere else on the screen and then pick a new seat.

I regret that my signature is troubling. I have, in fact, tried to reduce the spacing but I haven't actually double-spaced it in the signature field of my profile, so I'm not sure how to do it.
