Overall opinion with this ticket system so far?

i feel like they really keep trying to make this whole process better for us...
BUT... the last few tours i never get what i want and wind up scrambling and years ago when it was just mash F5 i always got everything i wanted...

so i wonder if other people feel the same or not?

seems like if you didn’t live in the northeast you had a pretty good shot at fan club tickets?

i am at a point where i only ever ask for seats
and i did get an NYC but got shut out Baltimore...


But my big gripe has been these verified fan sales?? i have yet to have that work at all...
last time i got nothing and this time i put in for multiple shows but the only code i got was for MSG which i don’t even need... and last time my girlfriend got a code and logged in a waited forever in the virtual waiting room only to be unavailable...

probably just too high of demand for these two shows but i just hate lottery systems personally 😐

    First time ever being shut out thru 10c and waitlisted on Verified Fan. Get that they are tough tickets but feel like I never had a chance with this system.

    This was a VERY necessary thread - it’s not like there isn’t 25 other threads talking about the lottery/ticket sale system
    or you can come to terms and realize
    you're the only one who can forgive yourself oh yeah...
    makes much more sense to live in the present tense...

    I'm still undecided. Need to see how the Fan to Fan system works out before passing final judgement because that could be a great addition.

    As for the lottery itself, it has been difficult to tell how many problems people faced were real and how many were due to user error. We've seen a shocking inability to read, comprehend and follow instructions. I do think this system could have been simplified, but every system is going to have procedures and rules. We ignore them at our own risk.
