    Confirmed for 2 Res in Phoenix - only request I put in.
    If anybody coming into town has questions on Phoenix - feel free to ask.
    As someone mentioned earlier - the venue is a bit of a drive from downtown Phoenix (30 minutes maybe).  But since the show is on a Saturday there won't be any rush hour traffic to deal with.

    Tried for a single SD GA and lost(2nd choice, won LA1 reserved pair, 1st choice). Still hopeful I can get Fan to Fan, or someone’s spare. Gonna have to put some work in to get a ticket.

    Friend with 43xxx, who lives in PHX had BA for PHX and SD as his only 2 entries; got shut out of both.

    The venue is in Glendale - its where the NHL's Coyotes play.  There are two hotels within easy walking distance.  The Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel and Spa or The Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix Glendale-Westgate.  Either of those would be idea.  There is also an Aloft Glendale at Westgate.  

    If you can get something near the Westgate complex in Glendale - go for it.  Otherwise - I'd consider downtown Phoenix.  I really wouldn't recommend anything in the area between Phoenix and Glendale.

    I checked prices on The Renaissance & Westgate and they're expensive, but like you said  in walking distance.
