Process for pre sale. Help needed

Do we use the same pre sale code initially sent to us to try for tickets this thrusday on the fan verified pre sale?  Very confusing directions given by 10c

    Directions and password will come from ticketmaster, if you registered for Verified Fan, and were accepted.

    Verified Fan is strictly through Ticketmaster, I believe. Not sure, but don't think it's the same code used for lottery. I'm guessing you'd get another code. Verified Fan Registration is closed, however.

    The Verified Fan Presale begins on Thursday, January 23. There is a four (4) ticket limit per code.


    VERIFIED FAN SAFETY TIPS
    • Codes cannot be purchased. You should not trust anyone trying to sell you a code. Only Ticketmaster can issue Verified Fan access codes and we will never sell these through our platform or any other site. Furthermore, codes are non-transferable.

    • No Verified Fan tickets have been sold. Many unofficial sellers will list tickets on secondary marketplaces even before they go on sale. Learn more about Speculative Listings and how to protect yourself.

    I was not accepted therefore I guess i will not get a code. Wow.  This sucks.  I asked for 2 for msg.  I guess it was a random selection. I do not know then how this worked. What was the use of a low 10c number?  If then you get anotehr code and have to go on ticketmaster to buy a ticket.  This sounds crazy.  Please explain here. Thanks

    Verified Fan is a completely different process and sale than 10c presale. If you had read the information provided by 10c, they specifically suggested you register for Verified Fan just in case. If you did not register already you will not be eligible to get a code for the sale on Thursday. This was all spelled out in the emails and website posts that you were encouraged to read. 

    Verified Fan Presale:
    General public tickets will be sold first through a presale powered by Ticketmaster Verified Fan. Ticketmaster Verified Fan registration begins today, January 13 and closes on Wednesday, January 15 at 11:59pm PT.

    The Verified Fan presale then begins on Thursday, January 23 at 10am venue local time.

    I thought i followed all directions.  This was way too confusing.  I did not know there were 2 steps.  This absolutely sucks!!!

    i spoke to many friends form 10c all were confused. no one yet i know got msg. very disappointed with 10c.
